What to expect in your first session
Your first session is all about you - your body, your goals and how you love to move.
You’ll start with a relaxed chat about your health history, goals and any concerns. Your instructor will then guide you through a gentle postural and movement assessment to understand how your body moves and where you may need support.
From there, you’ll be introduced to the equipment and enjoy a personalised Pilates session tailored to your level. Everything is taught at your pace with clear, supportive cueing.
You’ll finish with a simple plan moving forward so you feel confident, supported and excited for your next session.
