  • Bookings, purchasing and memberships are all managed in our Bloom App - just download, create your account and you're ready to go.

  • We provide flexible options: casual visits, class packs, and memberships with no lock-in contracts. Choose what suits your lifestyle.

  • Yes, you can place your membership on hold for reasons like travel or illness. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

  • Yes, each class pack has a set expiry date. Extensions may be granted for special circumstances; please reach out to discuss.

  • Yes! Any of our Fundamentals classes, is perfect for beginners. It focuses on core principles, alignment, and building confidence.

    Our normal classes are designed with layers, making them suitable for beginner to advanced also, but we recommend to start with at least one of the Fundamental classes.

    Our instructors will guide you with different spring choices and modifications so you can do what's suitable to for you and your body.

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before your first class is due to start, that way our instructor can give you an introduction to the reformer, chat to you about any injuries and you can ask any questions.

    Wear comfortable activewear and your grip socks.

  • For all classes, please bring a water bottle to keep hydrated.

    For Reformer, Mat & Barre classes, grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you need a pair or forget yours, they are available to purchase at the studio.

    For Heated Mat classes, please bring a towel to place over your mat. Grip socks are optional for heated classes, but you’re welcome to wear them if you prefer the extra grip and support.

  • If a class is fully booked, it will be ‘waitlisted’. You can join the waitlist and if a spot becomes available, you will receive a text to confirm you'd like to join. You have 30 mins to respond before the next person on the list is notified. If you miss the message you’ll remain on the waitlist and be notified again if there is any cancellations.

    You will not be charged to go on the waitlist, payment will process if you’ve accepted the notification to join the class.

    The waitlist will close 1 hour prior to a class starting.

  • You must be over 16 years or over to attend.

    If under 18, parental/guardian consent from is required to be completed before first class participation.

  • If you are feeling comfortable and your pregnancy is unproblematic - classes (except Jump Board and Heated Mat) are suitable for pregnancy.

    If you have never done pilates or not regularly exercising before pregnancy, we will require medical consent from your doctor or midwife and you must advise your instructor at the beginning of a class if you're expecting.

    With modifications, our classes are suitable till the 3rd trimester.

  • You have 7 hours before your class is due to start to move or cancel. If you can't make it to your booked class, or you cancel your booking within 7 hours of the class starting, you will loose that class credit, or if you’re on an Unlimited Membership, you’ll be charged a $10 cancellation fee.

    Any modifications or cancellations to your bookings must be made via the Bloom App, we don't accept changes via DMs or email.

  • For safety and to maintain class flow, clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted to join the session.

  • We don’t want you to leave but if you decide to, you can cancel your membership at anytime. We just need two weeks notice.

    Simply send us an email or message via the Bloom App with your cancellation request.

  • Please inform your instructor before class. We can provide modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout.

  • Yes, grip socks are required for Reformer, Mat, & Barre classes for safety and hygiene. We have a selection available to purchase at the studio if you need a pair.

    For Heated Mat classes, grip socks are optional, but you are required to bring a towel to place over your mat.

  • Please arrive early, silence your phone, clean your equipment after use, and respect the shared space and community.

  • Heated Mat Pilates is a mat-based Pilates class held in our gently warmed mat room using infrared heat. It is designed to support mobility, circulation and deeper body awareness while still delivering a strong, controlled Pilates class.

  • Our heated classes are warm, not overwhelming. The room is gently heated to create a comfortable, supportive environment rather than an intense hot experience.

  • Please bring a towel to place over your mat and a water bottle. Grip socks are optional for Heated Mat classes.

  • Heated classes are not suitable if you are pregnant, sensitive to heat, recently unwell, dehydrated, or managing high or low blood pressure.

    If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before booking.

  • Please arrive well hydrated and continue to have water during and after class. Heated classes can feel different in the body, so we encourage you to take it slow, move at your own pace and rest whenever needed. There is no pressure to push through.
