Our signature Bloom experience, Reformer is where strength and flow meet. Expect a thoughtful blend of core activation, mobility, and stretch — all woven together with fluid transitions and mindful breath. Every class is slightly different to keep your body challenged and your mind engaged.
Suitable for all levels. Your instructor will guide you through modifications and progressions so you can move in a way that feels right for you.
Start strong with the essentials — perfect for beginners, coming back from a break or injury and anyone wanting to refine technique.
We’ll take time to set up your reformer, explain key positions, explore breath and core basics, and help you feel confident in how your body moves. You’ll leave feeling informed, supported, and more in tune with your alignment and form.
Recommended for all new clients or those returning after time away from Pilates.
Low-impact cardio meets Reformer strength in this energising class.
Jump Board is a fun, rhythm-based class that combines controlled jumping with strength training. You'll work through leg and glute burners, core stability moves, and full-body flows (mostly while laying on the reformer) — getting that heart rate up without impact on the joints.
This class moves quickly — best suited to clients familiar with reformer Pilates. Not suitable for pregnant clients.
A gentle, postnatal Reformer class for new mums — babies welcome!
Lead by a postnatal certified instructor this supportive class is designed to help you reconnect with your body after birth. We'll focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and releasing tension in areas like the upper back, hips, and neck. Bub can lie next to you or chill in their pram, and we keep the pace baby-friendly with room for cuddles, feeding, and adjusting as needed.
Mums must be after 6 weeks postpartum and have medical clearance to exercise. Open to all movement levels. (suitable for babies up to approximately 10 months old)
A high-energy, strength-based Reformer class for experienced movers.
This is your next-level challenge — full of spring variations, complex transitions, strength holds, and balance work. We'll move with intention and power through stronger sequences, offering a space for you to refine, progress, and explore what your body can do.
For clients who have completed at least 10+ Reformer classes. Not suitable for beginners.
A slow, nourishing session to stretch, release and rebalance.
Relax & Recovery is your weekly reset — ideal for stress relief, injury prevention, and body awareness. Using breath, gentle reformer movement and long holds, this class invites deep rest and reconnection. Think slow Pilates meets mindful movement.
All levels welcome. A beautiful complement to more active sessions or life's busy pace.
