Notes:

Memberships and class credits are for individual use only. They are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Specialty classes, workshops, or private sessions may not be included and will be clearly marked in the schedule.

2. Payments, billing cycle, and price changes

All memberships are weekly auto-payments via the payment method saved in your Bloom account (credit or debit card, or bank account).

Your 7-day billing cycle begins on the purchase date. You may request a change to your cycle day after sign-up.

Prices may change from time to time. If they do, Bloom will provide reasonable notice by email or app message. You may cancel within the notice period if you do not agree to the change.

3. Failed payments and debt recovery

If a payment fails due to card issues, insufficient funds, expiry, or similar, a $10.00 dishonour fee may be charged.

The system will automatically retry the payment up to three times in the days following the failed attempt.

If payment is still unsuccessful after the third attempt, your membership will be cancelled and all upcoming bookings will be removed.

If fees remain unpaid, Bloom may refer the matter to a debt collection agency. You will be responsible for reasonable costs incurred in recovering the debt.

4. Holds (suspensions)

You may place your membership on hold with 7 days written notice to hello@bloompilates.com.au

or through the Bloom app messenger.

Holds are in 1-week payment cycle blocks, up to 4 weeks per calendar year in total.

Additional or longer holds may be granted for medical reasons with supporting documentation at Bloom’s discretion.

5. Cancellations and minimum notice

Memberships continue with scheduled auto-payments until cancelled.

To cancel, provide 14 days notice in writing via the Bloom app messenger or email to hello@bloompilates.com.au

Payments continue during the 14-day notice period and you can use your membership as normal.

All outstanding amounts must be finalised before cancellation takes effect.

6. Booking, check-in, and late cancellation rules

Book, reschedule, or cancel classes in your Bloom Pilates Boutique app or by logging into your account on the Momence website.

Cancellation window: 7 hours before class start.

If you do not attend or you cancel within 7 hours:

Duo/Trio: the class credit is forfeited

Unlimited: a $10.00 late-cancel/no-show fee is charged

Please check in with the instructor on arrival to ensure attendance is recorded and to avoid incorrect fees.

Fair use applies to Unlimited Members. Bloom may limit concurrent active bookings or repeated no-shows to ensure fair access for all clients.

7. Age policy

Participants must be 16 years or older.

Clients aged 16–17 years must have a parent or legal guardian complete the Parental Consent Form available on the Bloom website www.bloompilates.com.au. Proof of consent may be requested before participation.

8. Class access and timetable

Membership access applies to the class types included in your plan.

Timetables, instructors, and class formats may change. Bloom will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes.

Public holiday schedules may be reduced. Normal cancellation windows and fees apply unless Bloom advises otherwise.

9. Health and safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate. Inform your instructor of injuries, conditions, pregnancy, or postnatal status before class.

Follow instructor guidance and use equipment only as instructed. Bloom may refuse participation where safety is a concern.

If you feel unwell, do not attend. Please cancel your spot in the app.

10. Non-transferable, non-refundable

Memberships and class credits cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by law.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Bloom’s liability is limited to the supply of the services again or the cost of having the services supplied again.

12. Media consent

Unless you notify Bloom in writing, you grant permission for class photos or videos that incidentally include you to be used for quality assurance, education, and promotional purposes without compensation. You may withdraw consent at any time in writing, which will apply going forward.

13. Contact and updates to terms

For membership questions, contact hello@bloompilates.com.au

Bloom may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted in the app and on the website, and take effect from the stated effective date. Continued use of your membership after that date means you accept the updated terms.
