Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is a physio-led, assessment-based approach to movement. It is designed for clients who may need more individualised support before, during or alongside regular group classes.

Kirsty’s clinical Pilates sessions are available either 1-on-1 or small group classes. They are available to support clients with injury recovery, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, chronic pain, pelvic health concerns and return to movement.
